December 2024 Shipping Update

At this time Canada Post remains on a nationwide strike.

While we support the workers fight to maintain living wages, as a small business the strike is deeply impacting our ability to ship items affordably. This is particularly the case given our remote geographic location where we simply do not have the same shipping alternatives as larger city centres.

While we are still open for business, you may notice an increase in shipping fees at this time to both domestic and US-based customers. Please know that we are not directly benefiting from these increased shipping rates, in fact, this is adversely impacting our business during a historically busy period.

Nonetheless, your support during this time means the world to us and we are so incredibly grateful to you.

In 2025, we hope to offer vacuum sealed yarn options once Canada Post resumes shipping letter mail in an effort to reduce shipping costs long-term.
