May 2025 Canada Post Shipping Update

For now, it appears Canada Post Workers have indicated job action will take place but will continue to receive and ship packages without major delays.

This is an ever-evolving situation and as a tiny yarn company it is very difficult to navigate these situations while keeping shipping rates reasonable on both sides.

By default Canadian orders will ship via Canada Post. For customers with PO Boxes this will remain the only option.

Canadian Customers: If you would prefer delivery by courier** there will be a surcharge based on actual delivery costs - please checkout as normal and send us an email immediately indicating you want us to ship via courier. We will then calculate shipping costs based on your address and provide an update shipping charge.

**Courier is only available to street addresses and subject to geographical restrictions of carriers.
